Creek Days Virtual Classroom!

​From source to sea, discover what connects watersheds to YOU and ME!



Teachers!

 You can now bring the Creek Days event in your classroom at any time. Join us on an interactive four-day virtual journey! Learn about various concepts related to watershed ecology and salmonids. 

Each day will focus on a different themes with content brought to you by WSP Corpsmembers. Enjoy daily interactive worksheets, and activities.

Lessons are geared for 1st - 5th grade students, but will be fun for people of all ages.

The goal for this education fair is to inspire the next generation of environmental stewards by providing students the opportunity to learn how to protect and enhance salmonid habitat throughout California. ​

​Day 1: Watersheds and Water Quality 
Watch our Youtube videos focused on watersheds and water quality! Learn about fire effects on streams and the agents that keep our water clean. The day includes a fun activity of learning to make a watershed using household items!
